The pre-construction phase / meetings provide an opportunity for the Client to communicate the brief and specific project requirements and expectations of their construction project to Genesis Construction Consultants who is about to undertake the project. It also provides inexperienced clients to achieve a level of certainty and confidence in the knowledge that the project is well planned, resourced and all the Time, Cost and Schedule constraints are set out and agreed between the parties. It is also in this phase that the form of Contract to be used will be agreed to.
